Tom is an Executive Director at Vesparum with broad experience across equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, independent advisory and engineering. He has extensive experience helping founder-led private companies raise capital and is also the CFO of Affinda Group (the holding company for Vesparum, Affinda and Draftable).
Prior to joining Vesparum in 2018, Tom previously worked at UBS Investment Bank, where he focused on ECM and M&A transactions for companies in the TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunication), Consumer and Industrials sectors. Earlier in his career, he also spent a number of years as a Structural Engineer designing bridges around Australia. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from the University of Melbourne, where he graduated top of his Engineering class.
Tom is a passionate runner with a never-ending goal of improving his PB around The Tan.
